IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist

Hybrid in Kings Point, NY Our client seeks an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training, develop training materials, and manage knowledge bases. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging training content, facilitating workshops, and utilizing learning management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective IT training sessions for Microsoft 365 and other IT topics
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
• Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base for IT procedures and troubleshooting
• Facilitate training workshops and virtual sessions for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with IT staff to identify training needs and develop relevant content
• Track training progress and evaluate effectiveness through assessments and feedback
• Manage training schedules and coordinate with participants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT training or knowledge management
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 suite and other IT tools
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
