Mid-Level Databricks/Informatica Data Engineer

Description:
Our client seeks a Mid-Level Databricks/Informatica Data Engineer to support enterprise data modernization, cloud migration, analytics, and data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Databricks, Informatica, and related technologies, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that enable efficient data processing, transformation, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and Informatica.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing appropriate governance and control mechanisms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks and Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and big data technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with machine learning and AI technologies.
