Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aerospace components
• Fabricate and install structural components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify material defects and weaknesses
• Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to ensure project completion
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Proficiency in welding, sheet metal work, and composite material repair
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
