SAP S/4HANA Specialists with Navy ERP+ (Citizens with active cle

Redwood Strategy Group (RSG) is seeking Navy ERP financial systems and sustainment professionals at multiple experience levels to support a new Department of the Navy financial management initiative. Selected candidates will support Navy ERP sustainment, financial data reconciliation, audit readiness, organizational realignment, reporting, system improvements, and end-user support. Positions will be aligned to candidates’ experience in financial management, business systems, data analytics, project management, change management, or emerging technology.

Primary Responsibilities Depending on experience and assigned role, responsibilities may include:
Support Navy ERP ECC financial operations, sustainment, and audit readiness.
Research abnormal balances, transaction errors, interface issues, and financial data discrepancies.
Reconcile legacy financial data and reports with Navy ERP data.
Conduct root-cause analysis and develop corrective actions for data-quality and system issues.

Areas of Focus

Depending on their role, selected candidates will:

• Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA applications, reports, workflows, and technical solutions.


• Build and test interfaces between SAP and external systems, including data mapping, error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring.


• Develop test plans and scripts; conduct unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing; document defects; and validate fixes.


• Translate Navy financial and business requirements into SAP designs, configurations, technical specifications, and test scenarios.


• Apply knowledge of current NERP operations and Navy financial processes to identify dependencies, assess proposed changes, and validate solutions.


• Investigate complex technical and functional issues and coordinate solutions across development, integration, testing, and Navy stakeholder teams.


• Knowledge of BOTs development and implementation in the NERP environment

Experience Required

• Active Secret clearance.


• Experience with current NERP and/or Navy financial management processes and procedures.


• Hands-on experience relevant to the position, such as SAP S/4HANA development, SAP interfaces and integration, SAP configuration, data conversion, ERP testing, or sustainment.


• Data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, or data cleansing.


• Strong verbal and written communications


• Ability to work with functional and technical teams to develop and validate solutions.


• Availability to support project work and meetings in the National Capital Region.


• Bachelor's degree applicable to the work described


• A certification applicable to the work described (S/4Hana certified, SAP Integration Suite/Integration Developer, SAP Build, Developer (or experience), UiPath Automation Developer certification (or experience))

Qualifications Sought

• 
  
  Direct Navy ERP experience.
  
  


• 
  
  Experience with Navy ERP financial, project, funds management, controlling, procurement, asset, labor, or organizational structures.
  
  


• 
  
  Experience supporting Navy ERP migration, sustainment, or audit-remediation activities.
  
  


• 
  
  Knowledge of Navy ERP master data, including fund centers, cost centers, organization codes, UICs, WBS elements, networks, plants, business areas, and activity rates.

  Experience with Navy or DoD systems such as DTS, DCPDS, TFMMS, TWMS, PBIS, Waypoints, DDRS, or Advana/Jupiter.
  
  


• 
  
  Experience supporting Navy command reorganizations or Portfolio Acquisition Executive implementation.
  
  


• 
  
  Experience developing resource-loaded schedules, POA&Ms, critical-path analyses, and executive status reports.
  
  


• 
  
  Current DoD security clearance.
  
  


• Project or program management.

$80,000 - $165,000 a year

Salary is dependent on the experience level candidate qualifies - this includes direct NERP experience, certifications, and Navy specific experience.
