TTG-361 - Microsoft Identity Management Systems Administrator -

TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Systems Administrator to support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and modernization of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment. The role involves both proactive access governance and transitioning to a next-generation identity management platform. The selected candidate will perform system, database, and application maintenance while troubleshooting identity synchronization and access issues. Responsibilities include maintaining identity data integrity across systems, supporting MIM architecture and operations, and ensuring smooth OS, database, and application upgrades. Additionally, the candidate will utilize PowerShell, C#, and .NET to read, debug, and modify rule extensions and conduct Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting of synchronization failures and user-access issues.Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
