This role will support the development and operationalization of an integrated financial automation capability that connects Financial Management (FM) data sources, automates key workflows, and enables repeatable analytics and AI-enabled use cases. Salary: $65,000 - $90,000/yr commensurate with experience. Work Location and Schedule: This position requires an in-person presence 5-days/week at Dayton, OH / Wright-Patterson Airforce Base or in Camp Springs, MD / Joint Base Andrews. Required Qualifications – Must Have: MUST have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 2-5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, database support, reporting, automation, or related technical/business solution delivery. MUST have an active Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain eligibility. MUST have hands-on experience with data analysis and programming tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, R, Scala, Visual Basic, or similar technologies used to parse, cleanse, manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets. MUST have experience creating and maintaining databases and developing data products such as dashboards, visualizations, analytic reports, and data cleansing scripts/processes. MUST have familiarity with modern data and automation environments, including tools such as Databricks, Palantir, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms. MUST have exposure to OCR, AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or use of large language models (LLMs) in an operational or business environment. MUST have strong communication skills, including the ability to brief stakeholders, support client-facing work, and operate with limited oversight on assigned tasks or workstreams.
