Location: Arlington, VA and/or D.C area (hybrid schedule of at least 3 days on site but must be flexible to do more, and sometimes less) Salary: $70k-$90k/yr (reflective of experience) Clearance: DoD Secret or above Key Qualifications - Must Have: 3+ years in a Big Four or comparable firm supporting a U.S. government agency. BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Experience with FIAR (Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness). Must live in the DMV and be available to work on-site. Skills: Strong knowledge of Federal Financial Management rules and practices. Mastery of the DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) Familiarity with OMB Circulars Desired/Nice-To-Have's: Any familiarity with DAI's , GFEBS, ADVANA are nice to have CDFM / CGFM certifications CPA (ideal but not required) CISA certification Experience with Military Department Financial Management and Comptroller organizations
