Cydecor is actively seeking experienced strategic planners, analysts, and capability development professionals to support Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) G-5 Strategic Planning efforts in direct support of installation readiness, force modernization, and enterprise-level planning initiatives aligned to Marine Corps operational priorities. This opportunity provides on-site professional support to MCICOM G-5 at the Pentagon, working alongside senior military and civilian leadership to develop strategic plans, conduct readiness assessments, support capability development initiatives, and inform long-range posture and resource decisions impacting the future force. As part of this effort, selected candidates will contribute to the development of planning products such as Installation Plans (IPLANs), OPLANs/CONPLANs, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) guidance, readiness reporting inputs, and strategic capability assessments supporting Marine Corps force design and modernization initiatives across the Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP). We are currently hiring for the following positions: Strategic Planner Deliberate Plans Branch Planner Strategic Capability Assessment & Strategy Development (SCA&SD) Writer Readiness / DRRS Analyst Modernization and Capabilities Developer This is a unique opportunity to directly support Service-level planning, readiness reporting cycles, capability development initiatives, and strategic installation planning efforts that ensure Marine Corps installations remain ready, resilient, and postured to support Joint Force operations across the conflict continuum.
