Self Directed Learning for Tomorrow
Each calendar year you may be reimbursed up to $1500 toward an accredited degree program, and approved certification programs with prior approval. Professional development and access to certification training is also available through the Insperity online portal.
Many of our clients include contract team members in their professional development and training programs. Negotiations to attend training on a duty status, gain sponsorship to DOD to self-direct learning opportunities, or even on a military reserve drill status is possible.

SRG matching 401K contributions are made on a per-pay period basis based on the amount of the employee’s pre-tax and/or Roth contributions. The employer match is 100% of employee deferrals up to the first 3% of compensation for the period and 50% of the next 2% of compensation for the same period.
