Capacity to develop dashboards in either PowerBI or Tableau. • Experience in development and use of MS Access and Excel databases; experience in developing MS PowerPoint presentations. • Understanding of GIS database development and use in analyzing housing and community development conditions and trends, along with experience in the development and use of GIS databases to conduct demographic and housing research and interpret findings to managerial decision-makers is preferred.
