🛰️ The Mission
Coda Solutions is supporting a high-impact government program with deeply embedded SETA teams in Fort Meade, MD. You’ll engage directly with stakeholders across the full systems engineering lifecycle — from architecture & requirements to testing & evaluation.

🔐 Clearance Required
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph — must be currently held.
(We cannot consider candidates without this clearance.)

🛠️ What You'll Do
✅ Define and manage complex system architectures
✅ Lead technical working groups & IPTs
✅ Evaluate system performance & advise on risks
✅ Collaborate closely with government customers & SETA peers

🎯 What We’re Looking For
🔹 20+ years in systems engineering
🔹 Deep experience with mission-critical systems
🔹 Familiarity with architecture frameworks, integration practices, and verification methods
🔹 Prior SETA support experience a big plus

💰 Compensation
$200,000–$225,000 based on experience and role alignment. Final offer depends on qualifications and position fit.
