I’m currently recruiting for a Sr. Systems Engineer supporting critical Intelligence Community (IC) / GEOINT programs on-site in Gaithersburg, MD. This is a high-impact Contract-to-Hire role leading end-to-end lifecycle activities across architecture development, Agile/DevSecOps integration, and systems decomposition. Core Requirements: • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship required). • Experience: 8+ years in Systems Engineering (BS STEM) or 6+ years (MS STEM). • Domain: Hands-on experience supporting GEOINT programs, sensor programs, and geospatial storage/dissemination tools. • Technical: Strong background in Agile (SAFe/Scrum), cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GovCloud), interface management, and requirements tools (Jira/Confluence). Preferred Highlights: • INCOSE Certifications (ASEP/CSEP/ESEP) or Agile Certifications. • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) & Cameo. • Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) & microservices.
