Seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 professional to support a high-visibility DoD mission. This role requires strong expertise in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and full RFI workflow management. The ideal candidate will use M365 tools to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and assessment quality across a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and optimize SharePoint Lists and M365 data sources used for reporting. • Build and update Power BI dashboards to visualize trends, metrics, and mission insights. • Develop lightweight Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline data collection, approvals, and the end-to-end RFI process. • Capture, maintain, and enhance the RFI workflow for accurate tracking and reporting. • Support tool, dashboard, and database development using Power BI and related technologies. • Gather requirements from analysts, operators, and leadership and translate them into actionable M365 solutions. • Validate data inputs and ensure accuracy in recurring reports and assessments. • Support high-visibility assessments through structured analysis and refined reporting. • Assist with SOP development, documentation, knowledge management, and training. • Troubleshoot issues related to data access, workflows, SharePoint configurations, and permissions. • Ensure all solutions meet DoD information security and classification requirements. Required Experience: • Experience working with DoD data, systems, or mission partners. • Strong proficiency in SharePoint (Lists, Views, Permissions). • Hands-on Power BI experience (dashboards, data modeling, visualization). • Experience developing Power Apps (canvas) and Power Automate workflows. • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements. • Experience validating data, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring reporting quality. • Strong communication skills and ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
