Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated data steward to support GEOINT and Multi-INT production and the continued advancement of data analytical processes and techniques at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The successful candidate is someone who creatively approaches a variety of requirements to meet intelligence needs, can balance work on multiple tasks, and will work collaboratively with other scientists, engineers, and analysts.

The successful candidate is someone who creatively approaches a variety of requirements to meet intelligence needs, can balance work on multiple tasks, and will work collaboratively with other scientists, engineers, and analysts.
Job Duties
- Work with analysts and data scientists to develop schemas for structured data management while ensuring that data capture adheres to IC standards
- Assist in identifying additional data sources that can advance analytic priorities
- Ensure data consistency and management with appropriate QA/QC scripts
- Collaborate with a team and provide guidance to the government as appropriate
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI access
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management or Analytics, GIS, Geography, or other STEM field)
- Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong technical writing, briefing, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to code/script, especially in Python
- Experience with GEOINT data, including non-literal data
- Experience with the Atlas database
- Expertise in Geographic Information Systems
- Knowledge of phenomenologies relevant to GEOINT data
- Master's or Doctoral degree
