Required Qualifications:

• U.S Citizenship with active DoD security clearance. Secret clearance is required to start. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or combination of courses and work experience in RF principals
• 5+ years RF system characterization and measurements
• Your experience should include overall signal chain analysis, individual device characterization, system sensitivity, gain, bandwidth, dynamic range, noise figures, compression point determination, phase stability, antenna characterization, etc.
• Experience of typical RF circuits such as filters, local oscillators, RF switches, and amplifier chains
• Working experience RF instrumentation and components such as network and spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, power meters, couplers, hybrids, etc.
• Ability to develop test plans, analyze test data,
• Authoring professional technical reports detailing results of analysis and measurements and give technical presentations.
• Ability to read and create schematics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI
• Radar waveform familiarity and techniques
• Experience with antenna waveform propagation patterns
• Understanding of RF modulation techniques including FSK, BPSK, QPSK, FM, and AM
• Experience working with software defined radios
