Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions. The IT Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for roles such as software developers, system administrators, cybersecurity professionals, and other IT specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen and assess resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical skills (in coordination with technical teams).
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and internal teams.
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Manage job postings, ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in IT or technical recruiting.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open requisitions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level IT roles.
Technical background or certifications (e.g., CompTIA, tech bootcamps).
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, or Boolean search techniques.
Prior experience in agency or corporate recruiting environment.
