Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new customers for our manufacturing and production solutions.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing capabilities and leverage this knowledge to uncover sales opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve annual sales goals.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Attend relevant industry events and conferences to drive customer engagement.
Provide hands-on support with customer installations as needed.
Support warehouse operations, including system integration tasks.
Travel up to 30% to meet clients and participate in trade shows.
Interpret and understand technical drawings.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma with manufacturing certifications or a related college degree.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or manufacturing roles.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
Ability to operate forklifts and engage in manufacturing-related tasks.
U.S. citizenship required due to the sensitive nature of our projects.
Availability for occasional extended travel (up to one month).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in trade show booth setup.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior hands-on manufacturing or military maintenance experience.
Understanding of production processes such as routing and traveler documentation.
Knowledge of government contracting processes.
Familiarity with ISO, CMMI, Six Sigma, Kanban, or Lean methodologies.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Linux/Windows operating systems.
