Business Analyst

Radiance Technologies is seeking candidates for Business Analyst to drive processes, efficiencies, and documentation into one of our critical projects. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented and with a keen awareness on how to improve the processes.

Role:

• Analyze and optimize inventory management systems to reduce waste and improve turnover
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead implementation of best practices across departments
• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of workflows, policies, and procedures
• Perform data-driven business analyses to inform strategic planning and decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to align goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or process improvement discipline
• U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in inventory management and process improvement
• Strong background in business analysis methodologies and approaches
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in software like Excel, ERP systems, Inventory Management systems, BI tools, or other data platforms
