Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Capture Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of capture strategies for major bids and proposals, focusing on securing significant business opportunities and ensuring the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Capture Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies for key business opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients and projects, understanding their requirements and how our offerings can meet their needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs, decision-making processes, and key influencers to effectively tailor capture strategies.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, and operational staff, to ensure effective capture efforts.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members to align efforts with capture strategies.
• Market Analysis and Intelligence Gathering:
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to inform capture plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact capture strategies.
• Proposal Development Support:
  • Collaborate with the proposal team to ensure that capture strategies are effectively integrated into proposal efforts.
  • Provide insights and guidance on proposal content, ensuring alignment with client requirements and capture strategies.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on the progress of capture activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Analyze capture outcomes, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive strategies

Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; master's degree is preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid, Monday - Friday, 8 hours each day.

Travel:

• Yes - Moderate
