Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development Recruiting
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for business development, capture, and growth-oriented roles.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels-leveraging ATS databases, professional networks, industry events, and social media platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess market competitiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build a proactive pipeline of cleared and non-cleared BD professionals for current and future needs.
- Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and facilitate pre-employment processes including background and clearance checks.
- Maintain accurate and compliant data in the ATS (Lever, Bullhorn, etc.) across requisitions and candidate records.
- Support recruiting events, open houses, and virtual career fairs to strengthen employer brand visibility.
- Partner with HR, Operations, and Program Management to ensure adherence to EEO, OFCCP, and federal contracting hiring standards.
- Track recruitment metrics, identify process improvements, and report on hiring progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, templates, and candidate engagement practices.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years supporting business development, capture, or sales functions and/or in support of enterprise recruiting coordination.
- Proven success managing the full recruiting lifecycle-from sourcing to offer-within a high-volume or government contracting environment.
- Experience supporting recruiting operations, including coordination, compliance tracking, and ATS management.
- Proficiency with Lever, Bullhorn, and strong command of MS Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
