Enable improved decision-making about workforce issues by creating impactful visualizations and dashboards. Making data-driven workforce decisions are vital to mission success so consumers of our deliverables are situated throughout the agency and include the agency Director. Practitioner will work within our fast-paced, interdisciplinary team to deliver projects with exceptional creativity and technical knowledge. Must have good client facing skills to in order to intuit client needs, goals, ideas, and challenges.

We are looking for someone with very strong SQL skills, and ideally also experience in Tableau.
