Make an impact supporting the Department of Navy! Lynch Consultants is seeking an DoD Sr. Workforce Analyst with a solid understanding of Risk Management Principles, who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference.

Work Location and Schedule:
- Hybrid and required to support onsite in Arlington, VA / Pentagon 2-days per week.

Required Qualifications - Must Have:
- MUST have an U.S. Citizenship to support the federal clients.
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
- MUST have an Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field
- MUST live in the greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, D.C., or Maryland.
- MUST have 6+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or digital marketing.
- MUST have demonstrated experience with federal or defense sector communications.
- MUST have strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- MUST have experience developing and implementing strategic communication plans.
- MUST have the ability to develop content tailored for different channels and audiences.
- MUST be proficient in analyzing and reporting on digital engagement metrics.
- MUST have exceptional attention to detail and adherence to approval workflows.
- MUST have strong Excel Experience.
Skills:
- Strategic communications planning and execution.
- LinkedIn content strategy and analytics.
- Writing and editing for newsletters, websites, and digital platforms.
- Stakeholder engagement and event support.
- Data visualization and engagement reporting.
- Content governance and compliance with federal communication standards
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with government or defense sector communications.
- Knowledge of DoD or OASN (FM&C) policies and processes.
- Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and analytics.
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.
- Strong writing and editing skills for newsletters and digital platforms.
