I’m currently supporting a Senior Resource Analyst opportunity in Northern Virginia, working within a fast-paced, mission-focused Intelligence Community environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in budget ownership and data-driven decision support, with strong experience in financial analysis and reporting. What you’ll be doing: Managing the full lifecycle of a program budget, including spend plans and funding realignment Tracking obligations and ULOs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data Preparing daily/morning reports and leadership-level analysis Transforming complex financial data into clear visuals and dashboards (Tableau or similar) for senior leadership Working across financial systems (including Cognos) and adapting to custom budget tools What we’re looking for: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis required) Experience with budget execution, financial tracking, and resource planning Ability to analyze data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience supporting federal/IC programs and understanding of budgeting processes and regulations Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a steady, high-visibility environment Bachelor’s degree required (finance, business, analytics, or related field preferred) 8+ years of relevant experience in resource analysis, financial analysis, or program support Active clearance preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their work, influencing decision-making, and supporting high-impact mission programs. Good Morning, I’m reaching out to connect with cleared IT professionals who are exploring new opportunities in the Government contracting space. Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Hardware Technician to provide Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment in the Ft. Meade area. The Hardware Technician will play a key role in maintaining and supporting mission-critical IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operation across a secure environment. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, repair, and test computer workstations, servers, printers, and peripherals • Install and configure computer and network hardware, software, and associated cabling • Conduct site surveys and document site configurations and requirements • Prepare installation schedules, documentation, and site reports • Train site personnel in proper use and maintenance of hardware • Maintain government or vendor-manufactured fiber optic modems, multiplexers, and telephone systems • Support network upgrade projects and end-user connectivity needs • Follow standard operating procedures, including ticketing and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: • Active clearance required • Must be 8570/CWIP compliant with A+, Network+, or Security+ certification • Strong hands-on skills in hardware installation, repair, and troubleshooting • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 6 AM–6 PM, as determined by management If you hold an active clearance and are looking to grow your career in IT hardware support, I’d love to connect and share more about this opportunity.
