SPA has an immediate need for a Senior Production Engineer.  The Senior Production Engineer will coordinate production program management, ensuring planning, scheduling, and documentation align with goals. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing production trends, conducting data analysis, and reporting results through technical documents. The role involves active participation in program reviews (e.g., IPTs, PRRs, FRBs), developing strategies and production metrics, performing trend analyses, and offering recommendations on production gaps. Additional duties include evaluating Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), reviewing CDRLs, mentoring Production Engineers, assisting with SOWs, and supporting technical proposal evaluations while providing expert guidance on production and program requirements.
